'Nigeria High Commission in London & Unpaid Bills'

The diplomatic staff at the Nigeria High Commission in London must be working 24/7 judging by the amount of unpaid parking fines and congestion charge bills they have managed to rack up. Only the US, Japan and Russia have a higher unpaid congestion charge bills than Nigeria.

I hope this won't add to the already bulging foreign debt :-)
